Someone asked “What is the solution?”
They were complaining against themselves
There was inner frustration
Inner desires
Outer frustration
Outer defiance
“Detain Yourself!,” someone else said
Put yourself behind bars
Can’t walk too far
This time you won’t do what you did before
Be it for a fixed moment
Understand and explore
Lock the door
It’s not so hype
Just do it right
These moments create mental reference points
Especially when your psyche needs mental constructs to give it foundation
But you gotta do it!
Detain yourself!
